We accept returns on condition of exchange or store credit only within 14 days after your parcel is delivered and customer should report any return of an item to Desi Couture Ltd within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Returns will not be acceptable after due time or days (Either any condition).


- To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original condition unused, with tags, in the original undamaged packaging and in re-saleable condition.
- Proof of Purchase or Order Number is required for all returns.
- Certain items such as Bridals, Custom Made dresses or any Standard size dress with custom change are not refundable. They can only go for alteration if any needed.
- Alteration time for bridals is (45 to 60 days ) and cost of postage must be bear by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Some products may have a Security Tag that states "IF REMOVED, ITEM IS NON-RETURNABLE" We Desi Couture Ltd have the right to refuse any returns if the Security Tag is removed or have any signs of being  tampered with.

Exchange / Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item at warehouse and it is inspected and quality checked, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, Customer will have only two options to avail,

  • Exchange
  • Store credit

This will be granted with consensus of customer and it’s a process of 14 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

- We are not responsible for missing or damaged returns, we advise on using an insured shipping service.
